In 1997, John A. Davis and his father, John Davis Sr., founded John Davis Heating & Air, a heating and air conditioning company serving the Fayetteville, Georgia, area. Over the years, the company grew into a large, well-established HVAC business throughout Fayette County and surrounding communities. In 2018, after more than two decades working as the company’s Master Technician, John A. Davis sold his ownership interest and officially ended all involvement with the former company. He later founded John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair as a completely independent HVAC and commercial refrigeration company focused on repair-first diagnostics, honest recommendations, and long-term system reliability.
Today, John continues providing residential and commercial HVAC repair, air conditioning repair and diagnostics, heating repair, commercial refrigeration service, ice machine repair, and advanced system troubleshooting throughout Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Newnan, Tyrone, Sharpsburg, Senoia, and surrounding Georgia areas.

In 2018, after more than 25 years of hands-on HVAC experience, John A Davis stepped away from his role as the Master Technician at John Davis Heating & Air, selling his ownership interest and ending his involvement with the company. He later founded John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair as a completely independent business, specializing in heating and air conditioning services, as well as commercial refrigeration.
